Welcome faculty, staff, students, alumni, and community members!

Proposing a Permanent or Semi-Permanent Campus Display
There is not a defined process as to identify spaces for visual displays, or prescribe who designs or creates the displays. Once a design is conceptualized, the committee evaluates the design and supporting documents to ensure it is representative of our campus and creates a welcoming environment.
When creating a design concept, consider the following:
- How will this display contribute to a welcoming campus environment that encourages equity, diversity, and inclusion?
- What efforts will be made to ensure the display contents are accessible (ex: providing alt text, a QR code, etc.)
Once a design is conceptualized, submit the display concept proposal form. The Campus Environment Committee will meet to discuss and provide feedback.
